“I am inspired by my everyday life. I am interested in how people, places, and pets make up the landscape that is our lives. Our social reality—our relationship to each other and to our surroundings and how that becomes part of our daily life.
I am interested in images that reference the snap shot – an image maybe taken from a cell phone, something that wasn’t formal- something a friend took. Private moments shared amongst friends, family, and lovers.
I work with images of the everyday, capturing candid, fleeting moments in our lives—moments that we sometimes wish could last forever, that second before they slip away.”
