An Exchange Presents Story
For years, we’ve supported new and emerging artists through our Exchange Presents concert series. If you’ve followed along and gone out to the shows, you’ve probably seen your new favourite, caught wind of an up-and-coming act, or simply come into contact with something new and intriguing.
On the occasion of our most recent concert series show, the Motorleague on October 28, we asked fans to tell us about an Exchange memory. Taneesha told us one about a recent concert series show.
I won tickets through your page to see The Glorious Sons for the first time. I’m now friends with a couple of them and have never missed any of their following shows. That first show, little did I know I would meet a now really great friend! I saw a lady dancing and she dropped a $20 bill. I saw some people beside me were planning to pick it up to take it so I quickly jumped on it and gave it back to the lady that dropped it.
We love to hear these kind of stories, and there are many more to come in the future. Keep coming out to those Exchange Presents shows, folks!
(And while you’re at it, keep an eye on our Facebook and Twitter pages. Not only post about everything happening in the Exchange and the Club and all that the Saskatchewan Cultural Exchange does around the province, but we also have a contest for some concert tickets every now and again.)
