A New Opportunity for Regina Musicians

We’re starting a new concert series for Regina musicians, hoping to support our local artists. We understand that putting on shows can sometimes can with some risk, so we’re offering some nights with free rent and some support to help make your concert happen. Spots are available as early as November and throughout 2017. Email our venue manager for full details or to express interest.

SCES Announces Annual General Meeting

The event includes:

Workshop Tour Thanks

Every year, the Saskatchewan Cultural Exchange gather up a group of artists to travel the province as part of our Workshop Tour, a continuing effort to bring arts education directly to elementary and high schools. For our musicians and visuals artists and more, this means one-on-one interaction with students of all ages that plants the seed for generations of creatives to come.

The tour’s wide-reaching schedule also means a lot of hours in our van, and the safety of our Workshop Tour artists is paramount as we send them around the Saskatchewan to teach and inspire.

With that in mind, we’d like to thank Market Tire in Rosthern, SK for fitting us in last minute for some winter tires on the van. This week’s sudden snowfall took us by surprise, and their quick action helped us stay on the road.
