The Regina Folk Festival Concert Series presents Cold Specks. Born in Toronto, the Canadian singer has been a byword for rare talent and depth since her arrival in late 2011. Her two records to date have garnered shortlist spots from the JUNO Awards and the Polaris Prize as well as votes from the Wall Street Journal and the Los Angeles Times as an album of the year. She’s at work on her third album and is touring in support of a pair of singles released this summer.
